# Introduction

ATX is an exploration and support token with a focus on onboarding people into the Hive Blockchain while making it fun and educational.

It aims at an initial very slow distribution to allow for time to curate its value (as the strategy of distribution) and for people who find it interesting to have human time to explore it. Being available to everyone, but not distributed in full to everyone, was a considerably important factor to avoid distancing current users from future ones, allowing for potential more interest and retention on the discoverability factor in the long term.

Dedication towards integration into other properties of blockchain technology is one of the primary objectives, allowing its users to experience some of that evolution along the way of its exploration. Hence, it is likely expected to see the ATX token integrated with games, tools, DeFi, and potentially other different blockchains.

The vision with ATX is to allow for more experiences to provoke and uplift people's skills and knowledge about blockchain technology, either by questioning, driving through it and/or simply having fun along the way.
